Great and simple recipes! A great resource for group homes and community care centers. The book consists of two chapters. Chapter 1 has 120 recipes divided into categories. Chapter 2 is a valuable resource for staff and consultants.
Digna has done it again. This book is such a great companion book to her Fortified Recipes. Group Homes need simplicity and tools to make them successful. This book does all of that and more. 120 recipes that are very tasty and simple. Great to have the nutritional analysis.
I love this book! I appreciate how the recipes use real ingredients and the recipes are simple! It well laid out and easy to follow. Seriously this book would work for your home and family not just for cooking in group homes. These recipes are kid friendly all the way to elderly friendly. So many ideas for you if are taking care of someone who needs extra calories and tasty meals.
