If you could take the best exercises in this book and the second book, it would create a pretty great resource. The book is a good resource, but don't plan on using all the exercises.
i bought this for ideas to use with my Sunday School class when we need to have some energy release. great ideas and the class has had fun doing some of the ideas given. glad I bought it.

My students are enjoying the quick fun breaks throughout our lessons. I love the small size of the book and organization of the individual, partner, and group activities. I like how each activity is on a different card. I wear an apron while teaching and the book fits in my larger pocket.
Great for parents who struggle with developing thought patterns in children with ADHD. This book has good easy to follow steps.

When I was teaching elementary, I used "Brain Gym" and my students ate it up. Now that I am teaching High school students ,I've been using Brain Breaks and my students really enjoy their "mini breaks". I especially like the fact that the teacher who wrote these also has You Tube Videos with his class demonstrating them! Great Idea!
